Garages are the most common location because they already provide adequate space and a suitable foundation. However, a shelter can be installed on any concrete slab that meets the required specifications, including carports, workshops, or patios.

Yes. Most homeowners can assemble and install these shelters using basic tools such as wrenches, a hammer drill with a masonry bit, and a rubber mallet. Each model includes a straightforward tool list, and professional installation is also available if you prefer.

Because each storm shelter is ordered specifically for the customer, payment secures your unit and allows us to place the order with the manufacturer. Once the order has been submitted, the sale becomes final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Please make sure measurements, placement, and site preparation plans are confirmed before purchasing. Changes of mind, project delays, site issues, financing changes, or deciding the shelter is no longer needed do not qualify for a refund.
